Your AI assistant now answers voice notes on Telegram
Many customers would rather send a voice note than call. Your VeyCall agent now listens to them on Telegram and answers with a voice note in its own voice, day and night.
A voice note is how a lot of people ask questions today: no waiting on hold, no typing on a small screen, and they can do it between two things. If your customers already use Telegram, your VeyCall agent can now answer them there, the same way.
How it works for your customers
- They open your agent's Telegram link, from your website, a QR code or your social media.
- They send a voice note: "Hi, are you open on Saturday? I'd like a cleaning."
- A few seconds later, your agent answers with a voice note in its own voice, with the text written underneath. If they prefer to type, it answers in text.
The agent uses the same instructions and knowledge as on calls: your hours, prices and services. It follows the conversation, asks for a phone number or email when your team needs to follow up, and can still take an appointment request. And if they'd rather talk live, the Talk to … button is right there.
What you get in VeyCall
- Each exchange in Conversations, marked Telegram, with every message written out.
- After 30 minutes without a new message, the conversation closes and the lead is created like after a call, with the usual alert by email, notification or Telegram.
- If the customer doesn't give their name, the lead uses their Telegram name, and urgent requests are flagged as on a call.
Good to know
- Voice notes count toward your voice minutes, in both directions. Text messages don't.
- Voice notes up to 5 minutes are accepted.
- It's included with every paid plan, for each published agent. You'll find the link on the agent's Go live page, and the steps in the documentation.
