How billing works
- What counts as a voice minute?
- Time spent in a conversation with one of your agents, including test calls from the Voice studio.
- How do I pay?
- Plans are prepaid in cryptocurrency through our payment partner. Pay for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months at a time.
- What happens when my plan period ends?
- Your account moves to limited access until you renew. Your agents, knowledge and conversations stay in place.
- Can I change plans?
- Yes. Renewing the same plan extends it. Switching to a different plan starts a new period from the day you pay.
- Are prices final?
- These are our launch prices. If they change, we'll tell you before your next renewal.
