Who we are
VeyCall provides AI voice agents that businesses add to their websites. This policy explains what personal data we handle, why, and the choices you have. It covers our customers (the businesses that use VeyCall) and the visitors who talk to their agents.
For data about a business's visitors, that business decides why the data is collected and is the controller. VeyCall processes it on the business's behalf. For account and billing data about our customers, VeyCall is the controller.
What we collect
From customers
- Account details: name, email address and password (stored as a secure hash by our authentication provider).
- Organization details: business name, team members and their roles.
- Content you add: agent settings, instructions, and knowledge such as web pages, FAQs and files.
- Billing records: plan, payment status and the cryptocurrency transaction details our payment partner returns.
From website visitors who talk to an agent
- The audio of the conversation, processed in real time to turn speech into text.
- The conversation transcript and its duration.
- Contact details the visitor chooses to share, such as a name, email address or phone number.
- Basic technical data such as the website the widget runs on and approximate time of the conversation.
We don't store the raw audio of conversations after they are transcribed.
How we use it
- To run the service: answer visitors, save conversations and show leads to the business.
- To keep accounts secure, prevent abuse and enforce plan limits.
- To bill for plans and measure voice minute usage.
- To support customers and fix problems.
We don't sell personal data, and we don't use visitors' conversations for advertising.
Service providers
We rely on trusted service providers to deliver VeyCall. Each receives only what it needs for its part of the service and is bound to protect it. Customers can request the current list of providers at privacy@veycall.com.

Website visitors
If you talked to an agent on a business's website, that business controls your conversation data. To access or delete it, contact the business directly. If you can't reach them, write to us at privacy@veycall.com and we'll help.
Businesses using VeyCall are responsible for telling their visitors that conversations are handled by an AI agent and recorded as transcripts, and for having a lawful basis to do so.
How long we keep it
Conversations, leads and knowledge stay in the business's account until the business deletes them or closes the account. Billing records are kept as long as the law requires. Deleted data is removed from our live systems promptly and from backups within a limited period.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email privacy@veycall.com. We'll answer within the time the law requires. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Access to customer data is restricted by organization, and each business can only see its own agents, conversations and leads. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach that affects you, we'll tell you as the law requires.
Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll update the date above and let customers know by email or in the dashboard before the change takes effect.
