One agent per language
A voice sounds best in its own language: a French voice speaking English keeps its French accent. So instead of one agent that switches, you create one agent for each language you serve.
- Create an agent for each language, and pick a voice from that language.
- Teach each agent your business, with knowledge in its language where you have it.
- Paste each agent's snippet on the pages in its language: French pages get the French agent.

- Can one agent speak several languages?
- Each agent speaks one language, with a voice native to it. For a website in several languages, create one agent per language and add each to the pages in its language.
- Do visitors have to choose a language?
- No. Each page shows the agent for its language, so a visitor on your French pages talks to your French agent straight away.
- Does it understand regional accents?
- Your agent understands everyday speech in its language. Test it in the Voice studio with the accents your customers have.
- How many agents do I need?
