Terms of service
Last updated September 30, 2026.
The agreement
These terms apply when you create a VeyCall account or use our AI voice agents, dashboard, widget or API. If you use VeyCall for a business, you accept these terms on its behalf and confirm you're allowed to.
Accounts
- You must give accurate information and keep your login details safe.
- You're responsible for what happens in your organization, including actions by team members you invite.
- Tell us straight away if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.
Plans and payment
- Any free or trial access is provided as is, with the limits we show in the dashboard.
- Paid plans are prepaid in cryptocurrency for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months through our payment partner.
- A plan becomes active once the payment is confirmed. When the paid period ends, your organization moves to limited access unless you renew.
- Switching plans starts a new period from the payment date. Unused time on a previous plan is not credited.
- Each plan includes a monthly bundle of voice minutes. Usage above the bundle may be charged separately.
- Payments are not refundable except where the law requires, or where we decide otherwise in a specific case.
- We may change prices for future periods. We'll tell you before a change affects your next renewal.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use VeyCall to:
- Break the law, including consumer protection, privacy and telemarketing rules.
- Mislead people into thinking they're talking to a human when they ask.
- Collect sensitive data such as payment card numbers, passwords or health records through an agent.
- Harass, threaten or discriminate against anyone.
- Upload content you don't have the right to use.
- Probe, overload or reverse engineer the service, or get around plan limits.
We may suspend agents or accounts that break these rules, with notice where we reasonably can.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you add to VeyCall, such as instructions, knowledge and files, and of the conversations and leads your agents collect. You give us permission to host and process that content only to provide and improve the service for you.
Your visitors
You're responsible for how you use VeyCall with your website visitors. That includes telling them they're talking to an AI agent, that conversations are transcribed, and having a lawful basis under privacy laws that apply to you.
AI answers
Agents generate answers automatically from your instructions and knowledge. They can make mistakes. Don't rely on them for medical, legal, financial or emergency advice, and review conversations regularly. You're responsible for the information you give your agent.
Availability
We work to keep VeyCall running smoothly, but we don't guarantee it will always be available or error free. We may change or remove features, and we'll give notice of significant changes that affect paid plans.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, VeyCall is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost customers. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using VeyCall and delete your data at any time. We may end or suspend your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. After an account is closed, we delete its data as described in our privacy policy.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll let you know before it takes effect. Questions? Email hello@veycall.com.
