Get every new lead on your phone: notifications and Telegram alerts
The first business to call back usually wins the customer. Here's how to get each new VeyCall lead on your phone within seconds, as a notification or a Telegram message.
A customer who just asked about your prices, or left a message about a leak, is ready to buy now. An hour later, they may have found someone else. Email alerts help, but email is easy to miss when you're on a job. That's why VeyCall can now alert you where you actually look: your phone's notifications and Telegram.
Notifications on your phone or computer
In VeyCall, open Settings › Account and click Turn on notifications. Each new lead shows up as a notification, even when VeyCall is closed. Tap it and the lead opens, with the Call and WhatsApp buttons right there.
- Android, Windows, Mac: it works in Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari. Turn it on once per device.
- iPhone and iPad: first add VeyCall to your home screen (in Safari, Share › Add to Home Screen), open it from there, then turn on notifications.
Telegram alerts
Prefer a message? Click Connect Telegram in the same place, then Start in Telegram. From then on, each lead arrives as a message with the customer's name, number, what they asked for and, for a missed call, the voicemail already written out. A button opens the lead in VeyCall. Send /stop to the bot any time to turn it off.
Only the urgent ones, if you prefer
VeyCall flags urgent requests: a leak, pain, a same-day need. For each device and for Telegram, you choose between every new lead and urgent leads only. The rest stays in your dashboard and your email.
Everyone on the team, their own way
Alerts are personal: each team member turns them on for their own phone or Telegram, in their own language. Your receptionist can get every lead while you only get the urgent ones.
Alerts work for every lead: website conversations with your AI voice agent and missed calls from your Onoff Business line. Setup steps are in the documentation.
