Aircall or Ringover: turn every missed call into a lead
VeyCall now connects to Aircall and Ringover. Missed calls and voicemails become leads with the message written out, urgent calls flagged, and an alert so you call back first.
Cloud phone systems like Aircall and Ringover show you missed calls in a list. What they don't tell you is which one matters: a quick question, a customer ready to buy, or an emergency. VeyCall now connects to both, the same way it already does with Onoff Business.
What happens when you miss a call
- A lead appears in VeyCall with the caller's number, the line they called and the time.
- If they left a voicemail, it's transcribed, and the AI picks out their name, what they want and how urgent it is.
- If they call again the same day, the same lead shows "2 calls" instead of a duplicate.
- You get an alert by email, as a notification on your phone or in Telegram, and call back in one tap.
Answered calls, outgoing calls and internal calls are left out: your list only holds the people to call back.
Connect Aircall
- In VeyCall, open Integrations and click Connect Aircall. Copy the address.
- In Aircall, open Integrations & API, then Webhook. Add a webhook with that address and tick the
call.endedandcall.voicemail_leftevents.
Connect Ringover
- In VeyCall, open Integrations and click Connect Ringover. Copy the address.
- In the Ringover dashboard, open Developer, then Webhooks, and paste it for missed calls and voicemail.
The address contains your secret key and is shown only once. If you lose it, generate a new one: the old one stops working right away.
Which plan?
Phone integrations are included from the Business plan, along with appointment booking and webhooks. The steps are also in the documentation.
