Let customers call your AI receptionist from Telegram, or from a simple link
No website? No problem. Every VeyCall agent now has a call link, a QR code and a Telegram link. Customers tap and talk to your agent out loud, wherever they found you.
Plenty of small businesses talk to customers mostly through messaging apps and social media, not a website. Until now, a voice agent meant adding a widget to a site. Now each VeyCall agent can also be reached from a link you share anywhere, and right inside Telegram.
The call link and its QR code
Open your agent in VeyCall and go to Go live. You'll find its call link, a button to share it on WhatsApp and a QR code to download. Put the link in your Instagram bio, your Google profile, an email signature or a text message, and print the QR code on your shop window, a flyer or a business card.
The customer taps it and lands on a call screen with your agent's name and greeting. One more tap and they're talking to it out loud, in their browser, with nothing to install.
Calls inside Telegram
The same page also has your agent's Telegram link. When a customer opens it, the VeyCall bot greets them with your agent's message and a Talk to … button. Tapping it opens the call screen inside Telegram, and they talk to your agent without leaving the app. The button stays in the chat menu, so they can call again later.
On phones, Telegram asks for the microphone the first time. Some Telegram apps on computers don't share the microphone: in that case the customer can type their message (your agent still answers out loud) or open the call in their browser with one tap.
Everything lands in the same place
Calls from the link and from Telegram work like the ones on your website: the full transcript in Conversations, marked with where it came from, and a lead in Leads when the customer leaves their details. You get the usual alert, by email, as a notification on your phone or in Telegram.
Get started
The call link and the Telegram link come with every paid plan, from Starter, for each published agent. Setup steps are in the documentation. Calls use your voice minutes, like calls from your website.
